Our automated purchasing system make it possible for us to provide you with competitive pricing on every component in your job. We can provide optional pricing for either of best delivery available, lowest unit cost or least project cost. After you give us the go-ahead we are able to generate and deploy purchase orders with hours. We actively follow up and seek confirmation of delivery dates to minimize problems and delay further down the path. Our purchasing is done especially for you. We will not try to sell you leftovers. As your components arrive they 100% inspected for "form fit and function” and they are either accepted and placed in a job box or rejected. All rejects are documented and fully traceable for proper and speedy resolution.
Board assembly is facilitated with a range of equipment including both lead and lead free wave soldering machines, robotic surface mount pick and place equipment, reflow ovens, automatic optical inspection equipment, inspection stations, temperature controlled soldering irons and an incredible group of technical, enthusiastic and skilled people.
