Live Line HV Insulator Tester

This live line insulator tester is simple and safe to use. I comes with a universal chuck mount for use at the end of a fibreglass rod. Common 9V battery operated means there is no cables between the oprator and the huge 25mm display is clearly readable, even in bright sunlight, from a safe distance.The tester is used for the detection of failing insulators within an insulator string. The spring probes make it easy to connect and also absorb movement while reading. Packaged in a robust, waterproof case, it has been designed to travel anywhere on any vehicle in any weather.

It can be provided with an optional traceable calibration certificate.
